The Middle Klickitat is a class II+ run that is fairly remote now, but it wasn't always like that. An abandoned road runs along the river on the right, and in many places it's washed away. This would make a nice camping run if you can find a place away from the old road, or you could take advantage of the flat areas left behind. There's some wood in the first couple of miles and some more down near the middle of the run, but you can see it in time to get around it.
