Besides missing wheels, vehicles can have other pieces missing.

The guy in this Good Humor Truck seems to have gone on a smoke break.
This one is a bit more subtle, since most people have seen the GM Ultralite without the SAPD tampo, but the Demolition Man versions didn't normally come that way.
In a similar vein, this 1998 First Editions 32 Ford is missing the flames on the passenger side (the driver side has them). It's actually quite a nice car without the flames - get out that lacquer thinner!
